2. Payment Terms

All project quotations and invoices are provided in writing before work begins.

Depending on the project scope, payments may be collected through one of the following methods:

Full payment before project commencement.
Advance payment with milestone-based installments.
Monthly billing for maintenance or recurring services.
Payment upon completion for approved service agreements.

The applicable payment schedule will be clearly mentioned in the project quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through approved payment methods made available to customers, which may include:

Net Banking
Online Payment Gateways

4. Project Commencement

Development work will generally begin after the required initial payment or advance payment has been successfully received and verified, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make the agreed payment may result in delays in project commencement or delivery.

5. Late Payments

Invoices must be paid on or before their stated due date.

If payment is delayed, Mallovo Webtech reserves the right to:

Suspend ongoing work.
Delay project delivery.
Restrict access to applicable services.
Resume work after outstanding payments have been cleared.

6. Taxes

All applicable taxes, duties, or statutory charges, where applicable under prevailing Indian laws, will be communicated to the customer and reflected on applicable invoices.

Where applicable, taxes may be charged in addition to the quoted service price in accordance with applicable law.

7. Source Code and Development Assets

Mallovo Webtech provides software solutions and development services according to the applicable product description, quotation, license terms, or service agreement.

Unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement, downloadable source code, development files, proprietary frameworks, templates, and internal development assets are not included with services where such materials are not part of the purchased product or agreed deliverables.

8. Changes in Project Scope

If the client requests additional features, modifications, integrations, or services beyond the originally agreed scope, additional charges may apply.

Any revised pricing will be communicated to the client and, where applicable, approved before the additional work begins.

9. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, payments already made are generally non-refundable, subject to the applicable Refund Policy and any written agreement between the parties.

Any completed work, development effort, consultation, third-party expenses, or other applicable costs incurred up to the cancellation date may be charged accordingly.

10. Invoice and Payment Confirmation

An invoice, receipt, or payment confirmation may be issued after successful payment, as applicable.

Clients are advised to retain payment receipts and transaction records for future reference.

11. Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all prices and invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR).

International clients may be billed in another mutually agreed currency, subject to applicable laws, payment provider requirements, and transaction availability.
