1. Services Covered

This Payment Policy applies to all services offered by Mallovo Webtech, including but not limited to:

2. Payment Terms

All project quotations and invoices are provided in writing before work begins.

Depending on the project scope, payments may be collected through one of the following methods:

Full payment before project commencement.
Advance payment with milestone-based installments.
Monthly billing for maintenance or recurring services.
Payment upon completion for approved service agreements.

The applicable payment schedule will be clearly mentioned in the project quotation or service agreement.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through approved methods such as:

Bank Transfer
UPI
Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
Online Payment Gateways
Other payment methods approved by Mallovo Webtech

4. Project Commencement

Development work will begin only after the required initial payment or advance payment has been successfully received and verified.

Failure to make the agreed payment may result in delays in project commencement.

5. Late Payments

Invoices must be paid on or before their due date.

If payment is delayed, Mallovo Webtech reserves the right to:

Suspend ongoing work.
Delay project delivery.
Restrict access to services.
Resume work only after outstanding payments have been cleared.

6. Taxes

All applicable taxes, including GST (where applicable), will be charged in accordance with prevailing laws and will be clearly indicated on invoices.

7. No Source Code Delivery

Mallovo Webtech provides completed software solutions and deployment services.

Unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract, downloadable source code, development files, proprietary frameworks, templates, and internal development assets are not included with the services provided.

8. Changes in Project Scope

If the client requests additional features, modifications, or services beyond the originally agreed scope, additional charges may apply.

Any revised pricing will be communicated and approved before the additional work begins.

9. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, payments already made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any completed work up to the cancellation date may be billed accordingly.

10. Invoice and Payment Confirmation

An invoice or payment receipt will be issued after successful payment.

Clients are advised to retain payment receipts for future reference.

11. Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all prices and invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR).

International clients may be billed in another mutually agreed currency.
