Payments made for professional services such as:

are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will only be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Payment was successfully received but Mallovo Webtech is unable to deliver the purchased product or agreed service.
• A billing error occurred due to our system.
• A refund is approved by Mallovo Webtech after reviewing the specific circumstances.

4. Refunds Will NOT Be Granted

• You change your mind after purchasing.
• You purchased the wrong product or service.
• You no longer require the software.
• You do not have the technical knowledge to use the product.
• You fail to check system compatibility before purchasing.
• You request a refund after receiving the source code or downloadable files.
• Your project is cancelled after development work has started.
• The software functions according to its published features and description.

5. Technical Support

If you experience installation issues or technical difficulties, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist you according to the support terms associated with your purchase. Technical assistance does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to appear in your account.
