Payments made for custom software development, website development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, API integration, installation, customization, consulting, or any professional service are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally.
• Payment processed successfully but the order was not delivered due to our fault.
• We are unable to provide the purchased product or agreed service.
• Any other case approved solely by Mallovo Webtech management.

• You change your mind after purchasing.
• You purchased the wrong product.
• You no longer need the software or service.
• You lack the required technical knowledge to use the product.
• The product does not meet personal expectations despite matching its published features.
• You fail to check compatibility before purchasing.
• The software has already been downloaded, delivered, installed, or source code shared.
• The project is cancelled by the customer after development has started.

If you experience installation issues, configuration problems, or technical difficulties with any purchased software, our support team will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue according to the support terms included with your purchase.

6. Custom Project Cancellation

For custom development projects, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Work already completed, design efforts, development hours, consultation charges, and third-party expenses are non-refundable.
